Order processing
Orders placed before 1 p.m. are sent the same day (excluding weekends).
It may happen that certain products/colors are awaiting restocking, there is then a shipping deadline clearly written on the product sheet concerned.
ATTENTION: During the collection launch period, shipping times may be extended by 5 to 10 working days.
When confirming your payment, you choose the shipping method that suits you.
Once the order is placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping method.
If your order includes several items including one with a deferred shipping time (indicated on the product sheet), your order will be shipped at once when all the items are in stock.
- You closed the window before selecting your relay point: you will receive an email within a few minutes asking you to choose your relay point. It may happen that these emails are directly placed in the spam or promotions tabs of your mailboxes.
- You cannot find your relay point: It may be complete, so it is not able to accommodate new packages. You can then select a different one.
If you have opted for delivery to a relay point and no relay point has been selected, your order will remain on hold. After a week of waiting and without news from you, the package will be sent directly to the relay point closest to you.
You have received a shipping email from us but several days later your package is still waiting to be collected by the carrier. Your package was probably lost at the time of collection, you can write to us at hello@recitem.fr avec your order number, we will send you your order again.
Our team takes great care when sending your orders, but errors can happen. In this case we invite you to send us a photo of the product received with label and visible bar code as well as a photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible.

Orders are sometimes processed very quickly. If your order is being prepared or shipped, we will not be able to do anything. If your order concerns an item awaiting restocking we may make a modification.
You have 15 working days from the date your order is shipped to open a complaint.
Beyond this deadline, we will unfortunately not be able to open a complaint .

In the event that the package was sent late due to our fault (exceeding the announced shipping time), we will return the package to you at our expense. You can write to us at the address hello@recitem.fr avec your order number.
If you have not arrived on time, your package will be returned to us and put back in stock.
We will refund your order excluding return costs (€6.95).
You can place an order again.
We no longer automatically return orders. This represents return costs and shipping costs that we are not able to bear.
If the period of 15 working days has passed, you can write to us at the address hello@recitem.fr en indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned by the return.
