- You closed the window before selecting your relay point: you will receive an email within a few minutes asking you to choose your relay point. It may happen that these emails are directly placed in the spam or promotions tabs of your mailboxes.
- You cannot find your relay point: It may be full, so it is not able to accommodate new parcels. You can then select a different one.
If you have opted for relay point delivery and no relay point has been selected, your order will remain pending. After a week of waiting and no news from you, the package will be sent directly to the nearest relay point to you.
