Orders placed before 2 p.m. are sent the same day (excluding weekends). It may happen that certain products/colors are awaiting restocking, so there is a shipping time clearly indicated on the product sheet concerned.
PLEASE NOTE: During the collection launch period, shipping times may be extended by 5 to 10 working days.
When validating your payment, you choose the shipping method that suits you. Once the order is placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping method.

- You closed the window before selecting your relay point: you will receive an email within a few minutes asking you to choose your relay point. It may happen that these emails are directly placed in the spam or promotions tabs of your mailboxes.
- You cannot find your relay point: It may be full, so it is not able to accommodate new parcels. You can then select a different one.
If you have opted for relay point delivery and no relay point has been selected, your order will remain pending. After a week of waiting and no news from you, the package will be sent directly to the nearest relay point to you.
You have received a shipping email from us but several days later your package is still waiting to be picked up by the carrier. Your package was probably lost at the time of collection, you can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, we will send your order again.
Our team takes great care in sending your orders, but mistakes can happen. In this case, we invite you to send us a photo of the product received with the label and bar code visible, as well as a photo of the packaging with the shipping label visible. You can send us these 2 photos to the address email@example.com accompanied by your order number
Orders are sometimes processed very quickly. If your order is being prepared or shipped, we cannot do anything. If your order is for an item awaiting restocking, we may make a change.

RETURNS You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return an item. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
REFUND Shipping costs and return costs (€4.95 for Belgium) will be deducted from your refund. You will be refunded automatically within 2 weeks.
In the event that the package was sent late through our fault (exceeding the announced shipping time), we will send the package back to you at our expense. You can write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you have not moved in time, your package will be returned to us and returned to stock. We will refund your order excluding return costs (€3.95). You can order again. We no longer process automatic order returns. This represents return costs and referral costs that we are unable to bear.
If the 2-week period is exceeded, you can write to us at email@example.com indicating your order number and the item(s) concerned by the return.

Nothing at all :) Our name changes but the products, the materials, the shapes, the manufacturing everything remains exactly the same.
We have decided to implement a name change that is rolling out over the months. In the same order you can receive a banana labeled Recitem and a computer case labeled Atelier Bobbie, this is completely normal. The quality of our products remains unchanged, only the name of the brand evolves.
